Ann the Artist

Good evening everyone. I'm Angie, Frank's human partner, just filling in for him. He's taking some time off... from what, I'm not sure. He did leave me strict instructions on what to blog about. Frank's very, very, very particular about his blog. It's a wonder he's allowing me to write one... hmmm.

This is Ms. Ann, booth T183 here at Gaslamp Too. She is a wonderful local artist.

Her paintings are just incredible.

Ann's portraits are just so life like with great detail.

My personal favorite is her Ryman painting. She also has beautiful farm scenes, other favorites!

Me, being a cat with great taste, loves to sleep on extravagant pieces... beauty does come with a price they say.

Here at Glenn and Barry's booth (T134), beautiful pieces exist. Today I have picked a Period Louis XVI Settee cica 1800s ($950). On the Settee, (I love saying settee... and yes, cats can say settee!) there are a pair of gold candle holders ($495), Silhouette Plaster Cast signed by Thompson from 1887 ($275) and a great black & white framed family photo ($48.50).

Don't I make that settee look good?!?

I've got WONDERFUL NEWS... my very best buddy Jason Parker Counce was chosen as 'Top Three Interior Decorator' in Nashville's Tennessee's "Toast of Music City Awards 2013." The crew here at GasLamp are so, so, so proud!!! .....did I mention that he's my best, best buddy!! WE LOVE YOU JASON!!!

Happy Fall Fiesta!!!

HOLA AMIGOS!! It's Francisco aqui! I've got to tell you guys and gals about our "FALL FIESTA!!" Yo quiero GasLamp!! We're always having parties! It's tomorrow (9/7) from 10am to 6pm... gift card drawings will be called out every hour, lots of good food, plenty of fun and fiesta will be had by all! Be sure to come by tomorrow and see me! This is my buddy Jason's booth, T309 here at GasLamp Too. Let's walk in and look around...

He has wonderful things in it.

My friend Angie who works here loves chickens... I bet she'll love that light. The "Dixie Home Feeds" Pendant Light is $545.

Jason hand makes these great vegetable characters. He uses vintage fabric that he finds and vintage toy garden tools... so little tomato boy can work in the garden of course! This Tomato Boy is $55. We love all his creations! Jason also makes seed packet sachets filled with dried lavender, $3.50 each.

Jason started carrying these candles called "Man Can." They have scents of 'Grandpa's Pipe', 'New Mitt', 'Fresh Cut Grass' and my favorite 'Dirt'. They are $16 each. You've got to come down and see the other awesome items he has! Just ask for Jason's booth T309!
