HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE

Frank just wanted me to remind everyone...and since he has a staff and a personal secretary...I'm here to tell everyone about our Holiday Open House this Saturday (11/23). We're going to have food, fun and lots of frolicking. You'll also be able to win a gift card every hour!! Our dealers are hard at work decorating and filling their booths with wonderful goodies! The party starts as soon as we open the doors at 10am and ends when we close, 6pm. Knowing Frank, he might be carrying on till later... he's such a party animal.

Dealers Beware...

Unattended baskets and bags will result in "things" laying claim to them. Leave at your own risk. Thank you...hee hee!

It's looking like Christmas at GasLamp Too!

Frank's been busy watching Glenn, our amazing interior designer work his magic and create a winter wonderland here in the Collaboration Areas.

The Christmas tree... just too beautiful for words.

Frank just met Santa. They are close friends now.

New Dealer at GasLamp Too!

Yes, it's me, Frank. I've recuperated from eating to much chocolate this Halloween. The crew at Too did the same...too much candy!!

Well, enough about me, let's talk about Robin. Robin works here and is one of my most favorite girls. She takes such good care of me.

Looking Back...

This is me around Christmas last year... I'm handsome might I say.

Everyone here says I haven't changed much. I wonder what they mean about that.

Hard work pays off!

Let me start off by saying, I just don't know how this place would survive without me. We've had a big project going on here for the past couple of days getting our "Art Area" ready with our feature artist Mary (booth T351).

Mary, her family, Barry (our Consignment and Art Coordinator/Restoration Specialist... Barry is our Superman here) and me have been working hard all day getting her stained glass art up on the walls.

It looks wonderful with all the colors!

We all love Mary's art work! She's not only a very sweet lady but a good friend to all of us here at GasLamp Too. We are very proud to have her here.

CATS LOVE WOOL BLANKETS!

This is my friend Kit's booth... booth T282 here at GasLamp Too.

When Kit brings new items to put in her booth, she lets me sleep on her wool blankets. I'm really assisting her. She knows I'm good at what I do.

She brought in these wonderful wood mushroom sculptures. The two larger mushrooms are $90 each and the smaller one at $65.

I'm trying to convince her to sculp a carving of me. I think it would sell for millons, no, trillions! Everyone wants a cat sculpture of me!

This evening I have made myself comfortable on these charming French Arm Chairs in raw silk from a Green Hills Estate. They are priced at $1145 for the pair (located in booth T140). Come by to see them... and me!

Ann the Artist

Good evening everyone. I'm Angie, Frank's human partner, just filling in for him. He's taking some time off... from what, I'm not sure. He did leave me strict instructions on what to blog about. Frank's very, very, very particular about his blog. It's a wonder he's allowing me to write one... hmmm.

This is Ms. Ann, booth T183 here at Gaslamp Too. She is a wonderful local artist.

Her paintings are just incredible.

Ann's portraits are just so life like with great detail.

My personal favorite is her Ryman painting. She also has beautiful farm scenes, other favorites!

Me, being a cat with great taste, loves to sleep on extravagant pieces... beauty does come with a price they say.

Here at Glenn and Barry's booth (T134), beautiful pieces exist. Today I have picked a Period Louis XVI Settee cica 1800s ($950). On the Settee, (I love saying settee... and yes, cats can say settee!) there are a pair of gold candle holders ($495), Silhouette Plaster Cast signed by Thompson from 1887 ($275) and a great black & white framed family photo ($48.50).
